How Safe Pay health ensures loan coverage in case of emergencies:
Payment Holiday: Payment Holiday allows you to postpone your EMIs by one month. It can be availed after paying the first two EMIs before the due date. You can avail a maximum of two Payment Holiday Services during the entire loan term. You are required to pay at least one EMI between two Payment Holiday Services. To activate this service, you need to contact us six days before your EMI due date.
Free Early Repayment: Early Foreclosure allows you to foreclose your loan without any additional charges. If you are paying your monthly instalments through Direct Debit mode, you are required to raise the foreclosure request 5 days before the next due date. However, if you are paying your EMIs through any other mode, you can request for foreclosure anytime.
Life Insurance: This allows you to avail 1.5 times and 1.25 times of the loan amount for consumer durables loan and personal loan respectively as Life Cover. In case any unanticipated calamity comes, loan obligation is covered by the insurance and nominee of the borrower is entitled to the remaining Sum Assured amount.
Health Services: You also get health benefits with this service which is very important in the current times. By paying the nominal amount for this service along with your EMI amount, you can avail health benefits. Health Plan will be activated within 72 hours of loan activation. You will receive login and password details for the DocOnline application from the partner. You will need to download and register on the DocOnline mobile application to avail the service.
