What Is An E-Mandate?
E- Mandate is a facility offered by Home Credit India to automate monthly transactions. It enables automatic transfer of funds for easy loan repayments at a due date.
Mostly it is used to make fixed payments for interest, salary, pension, EMI, or utility charges. With the auto mandate facility, you can set up a monthly deduction without any hassle and won't have to remember the exact date of payment.
Terms & Conditions:
Auto Debit mandate set up for repayment of your loan is mandatory for your loan disbursement.
If you finish the process for setting up the mandate by today itself, then you will be eligible for a cash back of Rs.250 straight to your registered bank account.
These are the terms and conditions associated with this offer.
1. The offer amount will be credited only
(i) post successful verification of the documents submitted by you for the loan,
(ii) successful registration of your mandate and,
(iii) disbursement of loan in your bank account.
2. The offer will not be applicable if you cancel your loan in the freelook period in accordance with the general terms and conditions associated with your loan application form.
3. This cash back amount will be credited in your disbursement bank account within 30 days from the date of disbursement of your loan.
This loan transaction as per the Loan Documents shall deemed to be completed at New Delhi, India and courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction on the matter arising out of it. The Application Form submitted by you through Contact Options and Loan Summary shall be valid and binding and form electronic record as per Information Technology Act, 2000.
